Don Langston, Founder & CEO, brings more than four decades of operating and executive leadership experience to his advisory work.

Don began his career in technical and operational roles within commercial HVAC, refrigeration, building automation, and complex mechanical systems. His background includes system design, engineering, energy optimization, installation, service, and controls, providing him with a deep understanding of how complex service organizations operate from the ground up.
​
Over the course of his career, Don advanced into senior leadership roles including Field Supervisor, Service Manager, General Manager, President, and CEO. He successfully grew a Southern California–based commercial contracting company to approximately $30 million in revenue and led the business through a private equity transaction in 2022.

Following the acquisition, Don served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth for a $600 million national HVACR service organization. In this role, he worked closely with the CEO to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and post-transaction integration.

Today, Don advises CEOs and ownership groups on leadership effectiveness, execution discipline, and enterprise value creation. His advisory style is practical, direct, and grounded in real-world operating experience.
